Please use only our internet portal to report damage claims for all our products insured by Generali Versicherung AG, the Helvetia Versicherungen AG, the VIG Vienna Insurance Group AG, AmTrust International Underwriters Ltd. and ERGO Direkt.

Our web portal allows you to create a damage claim and receive a claim number. You can easily create a claim and supply us with the basic neccessary information using these forms. If we need more information from you will will refer to the claim number and your email address.

By law all damage claims must be submitted in written form. We can neither accept claims reported by phone nor by email.

It is in your own best interest to use our web forms to create claims and supply us with information, as this is the most efficient way to do so. In some cases we will reimburse you directly and will need your bank account information (current IBAN number) to do this.

Any claim created must include a copy of the original invoice and a photo of the damage. Without these the damage claim is invalid. Please make sure that the original invoice includes: the invoice number, the invoice date, a description of the device covered, dealer and customer information. The files may be either in JPG or PDF format and may not exceed 2 MB in size.
