Declaration on the duty to inform - data protection declaration
The protection of your personal data is a primary matter of concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003) and all other relevant laws. In this data protection information, we inform you about the processing of your personal data by Aqilo Business Consulting GmbH and the rights which you are entitled under data protection law.

Data Storage
We would like to inform you that for the purpose of simpler claims processing and contract management, data (including personal data) voluntarily provided by you will be stored. The data provided by you are required for the ongoing fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude or fulfill the contract with you.
Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary due to a contractual relationship or is required by law. In particular, we transmit data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for payment purposes, to the service and transport companies for repair or delivery of the devices, to the responsible insurance company (its insurance contract partner) for claims settlement and premium calculation, to the contract broker for commission calculation and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. Technically necessary data transfers, such as backups to the data center, do not constitute data transfer to third parties in this sense and are carried out in compliance with current security standards.
Your data will be stored for as long as required by law, which is usually ten years after termination of the contract. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal rule of Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO.
